Abel's Baptism

On Sunday February 7th, Abel became a child of God through Holy Baptism. It was such a special day. To quote Lucy, "I so excited for Abel's Bap-ta-tizing!"

We owe a big thank you to Amanda and Joe for lending us Abel's baptism outfit. It was the one Abel's cousins Jack and Max wore at their baptism.

After church with Pastor Kampman, who baptized Abel and two of his godparents, Brandon Guenterburg and Scott Jaeger. We were also thinking of Abel's other godparents, Aunt Sarah and Uncle Jesse Phillips.

Seth, Grandma Great, and Abel.

Scott and Abel with Scott's son Samuel.

It was such and amazing day. So thankful for Abel and all the family and friends we were able to celebrate with.

Fun at Home and Basketball

We had a couple of days at home to relax before a busy weekend.

A tea party with Grandma, of course.

Snuggles with daddy.

This past Saturday Norah had her last basketball games of the year.

She had a blast playing and learning this season and has already asked to play again next year.

Abel has been a good little boy, a little gassy at times, but is so sweet and snuggly.

Hospital time and Going Home

During our stay in the hospital, Norah had a snow day at school. So Grandma and the kids got to spend some extra time with us, which I loved.

Love the chin dimple.

I was super excited when we were able to go home. I think Abel was too!

Matching brothers!

Our Little Boy is Here!!!

Meet Abel John Mark Jaeger!

Born February 1, 2016 at 12:07pm, weighing 8 pounds 1 ounce and 20 inches long.

We are so thankful that our little boy was born healthy and quickly.

Grandma Beth was there to watch the big kids and brought them to meet Abel only a couple hours after he was born.

They were all excited to meet Abel and to have a chance to hold him.

Grandma Joyce, Papa, and Grandma Great also came to visit us that night. It was so nice of them to make the trip to meet Abel.

It was such and amazing day we will never forget.
