Hello Lucy

Our little Lucy is already 7 1/2 months old. She is getting so big. She is trying all sorts of new foods, not loving them all but is doing well. She can sit up all by herself and loves it. No teeth yet, but it should be soon. In a couple weeks we go and see the heart doctor at Children's Hospital. We are praying for good news again. We'll let you know how it goes. It's fun to watch her learn and soak everything in. She just recently showed us a new skill. Check it out.

Family Vacation at the Cabin

This past week we were able to make it up to the cabin. We had a great time and got to do all things we had on our list.

Corner Store Ice Cream.

Hanging out by the Lake.

Boat rides to the beach.

Playing in the sand.

Walks through the woods.

Fishing.

Fun at the Flea Market.

Special treat at the Flea Market.

Playing in the water.

Swimming.

Supper on the camp fire.

Seeing different animals like loons.

Catching Bullfrogs.

Well, this one wasn't planned. At least he didn't go in his pants but we did talk about having to go to the bathroom when we are in public.

Playing at the park.

Special Norah and daddy time.

Special Silas and daddy time.

Extra time with daddy.

We had a great time relaxing and spending time together. We are all very excited that we get to go back again soon.

Happy 4th of July

We had a nice relaxing 4th this year. We had fun playing outside and spending time with our family.

Norah and Silas got to go see fireworks for the first time this year. Seth took them by the Lake in Fond du Lac. They LOVED them.

Look Who's 3!

On July 2, Silas turned 3! He was very excited for his birthday and had been asking for a football birthday ever since Norah had hers in May. It has been so fun watching him grow and learn. Although he keeps us on our toes, we wouldn't trade him for the world.

Helping daddy put together his new bike he helped pick out the day before his birthday.

He loves his bike and that he can go really fast. (And he doesn't have to ride his sister's old pink bike.)

Trying out his new football. As you can see I couldn't get him to stand still for a picture.

All ready for the football birthday.

Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for the goals.

Enjoying a birthday supper by the fire with his buddies Owen and Oliver.

Happy Birthday Silas!
