Ready to Cook

Watch out Martha Stewart!

Christmas Came Early

Yesterday Norah got a special gift in the mail. Her Christmas present from Grandma Beth and Grandpa Berg came. So last night we (I mean Seth) put it together (All I did was put on stickers). Thankfully it didn't take forever to do, only an hour, hour and a half. As you will see Norah LOVES it. She is still playing away as I'm typing this blog. I think breakfast might get pushed back this morning. Thank you very much Grandma and Grandpa!!

It is kind of hard to hear her little "Whoa!" but it's there.

Thanks Uncle Patrick

Last Christmas Norah got a Golden State Warrior monkey from her Uncle Patrick. Well, PJ it was money well spent. She has been attached to it all morning. (Cash loves it too unfortunately.) And it also helped me get a video of another animal impression.

Getting Ready for the Season

Last week we went and picked out our Christmas tree for this year. We are getting our house ready for Christmas a little earlier this year. I'm very happy we did it than because it is getting colder and colder out. Norah and Cash had fun looking at all the trees and they helped pick out the best one.

We are also getting ready for all the snow we are supposed to get. In the tree pictures you can see Norah's new snow boats and in the next pictures her snow pants. She loves them both. Once she has them on she doesn't want to take them off. So we're ready snow, bring it on!

Swimming Fun

The day after Thanksgiving my sister in law Rachael and I took the girls swimming at a little water park at a hotel close by. The girls had a ball. Norah was a little scared at first, but once she got warmed up to it you couldn't get her out of the water. If was so fun to see them splash and play in the water.

Rowan did all sorts of fun little tricks for us in the water.

All the girls loved the little slide.

Maren was the little dare devil and wanted to do everything on her own. Backwards was her favorite way to go down the slide.

Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year. We went down to Mount Horeb where Seth's sister lives. Norah had a blast playing with her cousins Rowan and Maren. And of course the food was wonderful. It was so nice of Rachael and Dusty to host everyone and us for the nights we were there. We were all sad to leave but are looking foward to doing it again.

Maren and Norah playing.

We loved coloring.

We also learned that Norah loves pumpkin pie. Her Anny Manny let her try some of hers and let's just say, Norah pretty much finished the entire piece on her own.

Going Huntin'

Seth is off at deer camp this weekend for the opening of gun season. He was very excited to go and spend time with his family. Norah enjoyed herself while Seth was packing because she found is big hunting hat. Needless to say it was huge on her little head, but she loved it.
