Happy Birthday Norah!!!

Today was Norah's 7th birthday! We had a wonderful day celebrating this amazing girl. She had lots of fun opening presents this morning.

 

 

Seth and I had fun giving a special present.

 

 

 

 

Later in the day we got to go to church with Grandma Great and have lunch with the whole Jaeger clan. Back at Grandma Joyce and Papa's, Norah got to share a birthday cake with Grandma Great. She turned 93 on May 9th.

We are so very thankful for our Norah Ann. She is smart, bubbly, and kind hearted girl. We can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for this precious girl.

Norah's 7th Birthday Party

Today was Norah's birthday party. She wanted to have a cheerleading birthday, so that's what we did.

 

 

 

 

Norah had the other first grade girls from her class over.

 

A lot of the colors of her birthday were blue and white, just like WLA.

 

We owe a big thank you to 4 cheerleaders from WLA. They came and had lunch with us and then they showed the girls some cheers and taught them some too.

 

The little kids had fun outside while the girls were cheering.

 

The girls even got to do some stunts.

 

As you can see from her face, Norah loved it!

 

What a fun day. Thank you to the WLA cheerleaders and Norah's friends for making it a party she'll never forget.

Spring Talent Show

This year at school , the lower grades put on a talent show.

 

 

Silas got to sing with the preschool classes.

 

He did a great job and sang all the songs. He has had some stage fright in the past, but being in the back row helped.

 

Sorry for the blurry pictures. Norah is in the purple with the red bandana. She did a line dance with all the girls in her class.

 

Norah's other act was a fun little poem/song. It was Goldilocks and the Three Bears. Our little baby bear did a great job.

 

The first through fourth grades sang to end the show.

 

We are so proud of Norah and Silas for their hard work.

Fun with Grandma Joyce

This past weekend we traveled down to Grandma Joyce and Papa's house. While Papa watched the big kids, Lucy came with me and Grandma to a bridal shower. That afternoon we stayed and visited and got to go to a fun park with Grandma Joyce.

 

 

The park was in Lake Mills right by the lake.

Georgia Visitors

We were so excited to have Granny and Grandpa Dean visit us again. They got to stay a little bit longer this time and we loved it.

 

 

The kids loved having them around to play with and have as a babysitter while I helped teach at Norah's school.

 

We even got to have a early birthday celebration for Norah with them.

 

We love our Granny and Grandpa Dean.

 

Also, thank you for the beach towels. As you can tell, the kids love them.
