Easter!!

We had a very nice Easter with the Jaegers. We got to go to church in the morning and hear Seth play with the brass choir, relax, and then Norah got to find her Easter basket. I think she was the most exciting were the couple eggs that had jelly beans inside. Once the rest of the family got to Joyce and Mark's all the kids did an Easter Egg hunt. It was fun to see them run around and find the eggs. It was so much fun to see all the cousins playing together so nicely. It will be fun to see everyone again soon.

We found our basket!

Cash and his best friend Tucker.

Hunting for eggs.

Rowan found a real bunny tail! (We just won't mention what probably happened to the bunny.)

Trying to get a cousin picture. Henry had different plans.

Fun with our new bubbles!
The girls playing before supper.

Norah and Rowan had their own big kid table. I'm not sure that much eating happened though.

Helping Grandma

This year we were able to visit with the Jaegers for Easter. Norah had lots of fun helping Grandma Joyce (or Joyce, that's what Norah calls here) get ready for everyone to come over.

First she helped Grandma Joyce decorate her Easter tree.

Then she helped make a desert. Grandma told Norah she could try a little of the brown sugar, thinking she would use her fingers and get a little pinch. Well, Norah had a better idea to get a little more than a pinch.

Norah also got to discover how eggs feel once their cracked open. Norah went back for a second feel, at Grandma's who cares if you have to reach into the garbage to do it.

Minnesota Zoo

This past Wednesday Seth had off of school so we went to visit some friends in the Twin Cities. To make the trip extra fun we spent the afternoon at the Minnesota Zoo. Norah had lots of fun watching all the animals. Especially when the grizzly bears were "hugging." It was a great trip and we can't wait to go to another zoo soon.

Norah got to have a special treat with mom and dad at the zoo. She got to try cotton candy for the first time. She loved it.

These are the bears that Norah loved to watch "hug." Seth and I also got a kick out of it.

New Slide

We are very thankful to inherit a little climbing yard toy. Norah loves climbing up and going down the slide again and again. She did get a little freaked out when little bugs very landing on the slide though. I think she'll have lots of fun this summer outside in the yard.
