Bath Time

Getting ready and taking baths have gotten a little crazier around here. But it is nice that the bigger kids will take turns entertaining Abel while I'm busy helping someone else.

Abel is starting to really fill out. You can even see some rolls now.

Although I couldn't catch any smiles with the camera, Abel is starting to enjoy the water especially when I help him splash his hands or feet in it.

All clean and ready to cheer on the Warriors.

Special Daddy Time

I love this picture. Look at those eyes watching dad.

Seth had some special time with Abel recently. He gave him his first bottle.

Grandma Goergianne Jaeger

On April 1, Seth's Grandma Jaeger went to her eternal home prepared and won for her by Christ. Wwe are thankful for a time with her and the example she set. Raising her family in a loving Christian home and schools where Christ was the focus, was something we can all be thankful for.
Her funeral was this past weekend. And we are so thankful for the time with the Jaeger family.

When I was pregnant with Silas, many of Seth's cousins were too. When ever we get the kids all together we love to get a picture of them. Now they are all 5.

The 5 year olds with their moms.

We also were able to get a picture of all of the Jaeger family that was there.

2 Months Old

Abel is two months old now. It is easier to get him to smile and he is "talking" to us. His big brother and sisters love that. He is also starting to tolerate his baths, although he still isn't sure about them. Abel weighs 13 lbs 5 oz and is 23.5 inches long. He's not even close to sleeping through the night, but goes right back to sleep after he eats. We love our little Abel.

Talking to us.

His little chin dimple is getting harder to see because he is filling out so much.

A friend of mine couldn't figure out who he looks like more, so I put a picture together of all the kids at 2 months old and quizzed people. Only family was able to get it right. Top row is Silas then Abel. Bottom row is Lucy then Norah.

All the big kids still ask to hold him. It's fun to see and watch how they try to make him smile.

Norah's Glasses

Well, Norah definitely inherited her vision from me. I was about Norah's age when I got glasses, and now she has them. She loved picking out her glasses and loves being able to see things better.
