Fall Fun
Lucy got to test out her Halloween costume this week, our little miss Minnie Mouse. We had a fall festival at our Moms and Tots group. All the kids were so cute in all their costumes. She got to play games, decorate a pumpkin, play with friends and have some yummy snacks. Now she really can't wait till trick or treating.

Last Game of the Season
Silas had such a wonderful time playing soccer this fall. I think he learned more about the game and how to work as a team.
All the kids in the program.
Silas' team
This big kick lead to a goal!
He had some good fan support.
And people who cheered from a distance.
The hardest part for Silas was when he had to take his turn to sit out.
Seth and I had a blast watching him play. What a fun season! Thanks again Aunt Rachel for the awesome birthday gift!

Growing Belly
We are getting more and more excited about our new little one and as most of you already know, it is a BOY! Here is a picture at 24 weeks. A big thanks for Norah for taking the picture for me.

Grandma Beth and Auntie Rachel
Last weekend we were spoiled with a visit from Grandma Beth and Auntie Rachel. They flew in to spend the weekend with us. We had a blast. One of the best parts is to see how excited the kids get to see them. We got to have a fun bowling trip on Saturday (and of course I forgot to bring my camera), and on Sunday we went to Little Farmer.
While we were there we got to take a hayride out to pick apples. It was fun to see the kids run from tree to tree to find the perfect apples.
We ended up picking 1/2 a bushel.
The kids got to enjoy some hot chocolate from Aunt Rachel while we waited in line to get some yummy caramel apples.
On Monday, while the big kids were at school, we went down to Widmer's Cheese Factory to pick up some goodies.
And of course we had a tea party!
We had such a great visit with Grandma and Rachel. We were sad to see them go but are looking forward to the next time we can get together.

Pumpkin Decorating
Every year at school, the kids can display pumpkins that they have decorated and then they get a little prize. The kids love doing it!
Lucy concentrating. She did most of the work too, I only helped at the end.
Silas also did practically all the work with the painting. All I did was draw on some lines.
Norah did her pumpkin all by herself. She loves doing anything crafty.
A Ladybug, baseball, and a Ninja Turtle.

Norah's Gymnastics
As a birthday gift from Auntie Rachel, Norah was able to be in a Gymnastics class this first half of the school year. She is loving it! She is learning a lot and challenging herself to try new things. It is a lot of fun to watch her practice and learn. (Sorry the pictures aren't the best. The parents can watch from a observing room upstairs behind some windows.)

WLA Cross Country Meet
Every year the WLA cross country team puts on a meet for the area grade school. Norah was able to run again this year. She had to run 1/4 mile. She was a little nervous when we first got there, but after she watched a couple of the older grades she felt much better. She did a great job. She ran the entire way and never stopped. We are very proud of her!
Great job Norah!
