Throwback Day

Norah had so much fun dressing up for her spirit week at school. One of my favorites was throwback day. Norah was an 1980's girl with and authentic 1980's t-shirt.

It is a little hard to see, but she even got to wear some bright eye shadow too.

Spirit Week

This week is spirit week at Silas and Norah's school. They both were excited that today was Sports Day (especially Silas).

A decorated track star.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

Of course Lucy wanted to wear her Packer jersey too.

Fond du Lac Children's Museum

This past weekend we got to use our Christmas present from Aunt Sarah and  Uncle Jesse again. We went to the Children's Museum with our cousins! Not only was it fun to play at the museum, but we had a blast playing with some of our cousins. Thanks for making the trip!

They successfully built part of the great wall of China.

Of course Norah had fun dressing up.

Next time we'll have Jack fly us to California.

A Story

"The Golden Fairy" by Norah Ann Jaeger

Disney's Frozen on Ice

After the countdown from Christmas, the whole family was able to use an awesome gift. Grandma Beth and Grandpa Berg brought us tickets to see Disney's Frozen on Ice in Chicago! What an incredible weekend.

Enjoying a snack at the hotel before the show.

The performance was at the United Center. Silas really got a kick out of seeing all the Bulls and Blackhawk championship banners.

All the kids were excited to get a fun souvenir and snack, a snow cone.

We had amazing seats. The kids could easily see everything on the ice.

Norah was super excited to wear her Elsa dress. She liked seeing all the other girls dressed up and a few boys dressed like the snowman Olaf.

Lucy definitely enjoyed the snow cone the most. She finished before both of the big kids.

The show was just starting.

They had the kids stand up and do a snowman dance.

This pretty much sums up Norah's face during the entire show.

Before the Frozen story started, we got to see different Disney characters. Lucy loved seeing Mickey and Minnie Mouse.

They were in awe. Seth and my favorite part for watching the kids enjoy the show.

All the costumes, special effects and tricks they use to put on the performance were really neat to see, like the snow.

And the giant growing snow monster, which made Lucy cry.

Thank you so much Grandma and Grandpa for the tickets and hotel! It was such an amazing weekend and I know it will be an experience we will never forget.
