Boys Will Be Boys

Whenever we play outside Silas always needs a bath afterwards. (Don"t worry Grandmas, he only ate dirt, not the other thing you're thinking of.)

Favorite Spot

The kids always have fun new spots in the house that they love to go to and play. But this spot in the toy room is one of their new favorites. Norah has always loved books and it's fun because Silas is loving them more and more. He even got to start a story time at the library, which he loved. The only bad part is that I'm picking up piles of books all the time (but I really don't mind). You can see how all the books slowly make it off the shelf in the pictures.

Let's Go Fly a Kite

We had lots of fun yesterday. We finally took out Norah's kite for a test run out on WLA's football field. Grandma Beth gave Norah her kite back in June when she came to visit and now we are finally trying it out (we feel kind of bad that it took so long). Norah loved it. We had just the right amount of wind so the kite would stay up and it wouldn't blow little Norah away. We're hoping for another nice day soon so that we can take it out again.
