Play-Doh Creations

Norah loves to play with Play-Doh. She made some creations today and named them.

Almost Home Sweet Home

Last weekend we went house hunting. With the help of our realtor we were able to see a bunch of homes in the Fond du Lac area. And we think we found a keeper in North Fond du Lac. We put in an offer and it was accepted!!! It has a lot of great big updates and they agreed to put in a new furnace! We have the inspection this weekend so hopefully everything will go well so we don't have to back away from this property. If all goes well this place will become our new home sweet home.

A Little of This, A Little of That

I won't drag this out with a long intro. Here are some pictures!
Norah making a Valentine's Day necklace from Grandma Joyce and Papa.
Silas having fun watching Norah.

Here it is! She was able to do it almost all by herself. She was very proud of her work.

Hanging out with daddy on the couch before bed.

This is what happens when daddy does Silas' hair.

Silas having fun getting some water with daddy. He was a little shocked by the temperature of the cold water.

Playing at Home

This week has been bitter cold here, so we've pretty much just stayed inside. But that's okay because we have lots of fun things to do.

One of Silas' favorite things to do is rolling around on the ground.

And of course, one of Norah's favorite's is dress up.

We also like playing with instruments.

We hope spring is here soon!

Seth's Wish Has Come True

Seth was on cloud nine this past Sunday. The Green Bay Packers won the Superbowl. He had to make sure that Silas was celebrating right along side him. Norah doesn't have any Packer things so she wasn't dressed up but she did enjoy watching the game. Well, she enjoyed watching the half time show. Once the game came back on she kept saying, "I want more glowing people."

Friends and Family

This past weekend the kids and I went to southern WI. We got to visit with our friends the Lauers on Saturday. Norah had a ball playing with Hayden. They played so well together. Her favorite toy that Hayden shared with her were the dress up clothes. It was also nice to see Andrew and Silas by each other. Andrew is exactly 2 weeks older than Silas. It was fun seeing Andrew crawl all over the place and pull himself up on things. He's such a strong little guy.

Norah and Hayden. (Norah is 5 months older than Hayden.)

Andrew and Silas.

On Sunday we were able to go to our niece Rowan's 5th birthday party. It's great seeing the family and all the kids.

Little Jackson is getting so big.

Gotta love the blue jello! Anny Manny is the best!

Note to mom: Don't try to get smiling pictures while they are eating.
Seth wasn't able to come with us on this trip. He has a meeting after church on Sunday and he also annouced his decision on his call. We are moving! Seth took the call to Winnebago Lutheran Academy in Fond du Lac. We are very excited about the move but also sad about having to leave all the wonderful people here in Bloomer. We won't move till the summer. But right now we have started a house hunt! We are going to be buying a home there. Thank goodness for the internet so we can do a lot of searching there but we will have to make some trips there as well to check stuff out. We'll keep you all updated on that.
