Video Fun

Not much is new here. We are just waiting for school to start for Seth so we are enjoying having him around as much as we can. Norah and Silas are as fun as ever and are making us smile and laugh all the time. Here are some fun videos of the kiddos.

Norah still loves to sing.

We love Silas talking to us.

Thanks Uncle Patrick!!

Uncle Patrick sent an awesome gift to Norah and Silas, new shoes! They definitely have a little CA attitude with every step. Their feet need to grow a little bit, but they love them. Norah has been wearing hers around the house ever since I tried them on her. Thanks again Patrick!

Puzzle Time

Lately Norah had really been into putting puzzles together. She got a 24 piece cardboard puzzle as a gift after Silas was born and she loved doing it (with some help from us). So I picked up another puzzle just like it so she could have more than one. She has been putting them together everyday, sometimes even a couple times a day. This morning she decided she wanted to put one together and she did it all by herself without any help. She was very proud of herself and of course we are very proud of her too.

Party Time and Talking

On Sunday we got to go down to Mt. Horeb for our niece Maren's 2nd birthday party. We had a lot of fun and it was great to visit with family. Norah had a blast. When I asked her what her favorite thing about the party was, she answered, "The cake!"

The birthday girl, Maren.

Even though there was Dora all over, I still think Henry enjoyed himself.

Rowan loved the cake.

Silas is starting to "talk" or coo a lot more lately. I was able to get two little videos of it. But of course, before and after I took the videos he did it even more. Oh well.

Happy Birthday Seth!

Last Friday was Seth's 27th birthday! We had a nice relaxing day with one exception, a trip to the DMV. His drivers licence was going to expire that day so we had to go, but it didn't take too long.

Seth got a new bike for his birthday/Christmas gift from Grandma and Grandpa Berg. He also got new bike shoes with money from his Mom and Dad. He has been riding it a lot and having a lot of fun with it.

Here are some more smiles from Silas to brighten your day!

First Real Bath and Smiles

Silas had a "good healthy umbilical cord" according to our doctor. So it took almost 4 weeks to fall off. So it is nice that he can take a regular bath now. He loved it. He has never cried or fussed during a bath so I think this one was even more fun for him.

Norah loved to "help."

Silas has been smiling for a little while now, but I was never able to catch it on camera. This morning when he got up he was super smiley so I was finally able to catch is sweet smile.

Meeting New Friends and Family

This past weekend the kids and I went down to south eastern WI for Aunt Amanda's baby shower. On the way, we stopped by our friends the Lauers to visit. We got to meet their newest little guy Drew (Andrew). He is exactly 2 weeks older than Silas. I think these two will be good buddies.

Drew, 7 weeks, and Silas, 5 weeks.

We had a great time at the baby shower. It was fun seeing all the gifts Amanda got. Silas also got to meet a lot of the Jaeger family including his Great Grandma Jaeger.

Razorback Retreat Videos

Norah loved the water. One of the days we were there is was having fun running. It was fun to watch.

A little boy at the beach gave this to Rowan to hold.

Things always get a little crazy and loud when the girl cousins get together. This was at the end of supper one night.

Norah loved feeding the animals at the zoo.

Even More Razorback Retreat

All the Jaeger Cousins

A little sibling love.

This is what Cash did whenever he was outside. He would swim and jump off the dock for hours.

We had a mom and these two fawns come the the deer feeder every day.

Uncle Larry Braasch took us on a boat ride. Norah giggled and laughed the entire time.

Getting ready to go fishing with Dad.

Silas, 1 month, and Gideon, 6 weeks.

We went to the Wildwood zoo. The goats were a little aggressive when they saw food.

Silas was awake for over half of our time there.

Holding and petting the bunnies was Norah's favorite thing about the zoo.

Giving the black bears "bear juice."

Feeding the birds.
