Sunday Afternoon

What happens when Daddy starts his nap before Norah goes down for hers?

Well, Norah gives Daddy the remote and his wallet and then shares all her Little People with him.

Our Little Fisherman

Last weekend we were able to let Norah get a little practice in for this summer up at the cabin. She got to go fishing for the first time! Of course it didn't last very long but she got a kick out of it and even held on to the worm for a little while until is wiggled out of her hand. She did have fun watching Seth fish. He caught a couple and let Norah touch and "tickle" the fish. She had a lot of fun.

Daddy showing Norah how to use her fishing pole.

The next day we got to borrow a friend's fishing boat to do a little more fishing and to have a little ride. It was a nice day to be outside and enjoy the sun even if we didn't catch anything.

Another First!

Norah had another first this morning. She got her first haircut! Her hair has grown out so nicely but we just needed to trim off a little in the back so that is was more even. I took her to a salon because I don't trust myself cutting her hair. She did very well, although she didn't like it when the lady surprised her by spraying her with the water bottle to wet her hair. It was a good experience and I don't think she'll mind going back again.

Here is another belly picture. I am 27 1/2 weeks here. Little baby Jaeger is growing, as you can see, and is moving around all the time. We can't wait to meet him!

Yummy!

Thanks Easter bunny for the Skittles (I mean Grandma Joyce)! Norah loved them.

Picnic at the Park

This past weekend Seth was up at the cabin for his cousin's bachlor party so it was just me, Norah and Cash. Saturday afternoon we decided we needed to get out of the house so we went to a nice park in town and played away. Then we stayed for supper and had a picnic. Norah loved it! We sat close to the lake to listened to all the little birds. We even got to see an eagle fly by. Norah thought that was pretty cool. It was a fun little trip and we'll have to do more this summer.

Easter!!

We had a very nice Easter with the Jaegers. We got to go to church in the morning and hear Seth play with the brass choir, relax, and then Norah got to find her Easter basket. I think she was the most exciting were the couple eggs that had jelly beans inside. Once the rest of the family got to Joyce and Mark's all the kids did an Easter Egg hunt. It was fun to see them run around and find the eggs. It was so much fun to see all the cousins playing together so nicely. It will be fun to see everyone again soon.

We found our basket!

Cash and his best friend Tucker.

Hunting for eggs.

Rowan found a real bunny tail! (We just won't mention what probably happened to the bunny.)

Trying to get a cousin picture. Henry had different plans.

Fun with our new bubbles!
The girls playing before supper.

Norah and Rowan had their own big kid table. I'm not sure that much eating happened though.
