Our New Toy Box
Seth has been working hard all summer on a toy box for all of Norah's toys. He finished it this week. He said it turned out a little bigger then he had originally planned. But both Norah and I love it. It has plenty of room for all her toys, even some of the big ones.
(She really loved being inside it.)
We have also been practicing names with Norah for our trip up to the cabin. Needless to say we have some more work to do, but she's getting there :)

California Trip Part 2
While we were at the Bergs, Norah really liked hanging out with her Aunties. She also had fun with her cousins Isaac and Julia. The Phillips came down to Fremont for the weekend. It was so nice of them to make the trip (and with a 2 week old). Norah was interested in Julia right away. She would keep on saying "baby" whenever she saw her. It was very cute to see her following Isaac around. She was definitely more excited to play with him then he was to play with her. All the cousins played very well together and hopefully that will continue into the future. We had a great time and hope to be back to CA again soon.
Hanging out watching TV.

California Trip Part 1
Last week we were able to fly out to California to see the Bergs. We were very excited to get there and see the Bergs and Great Granny and Great Grandpa who were also visiting. Norah had lots of fun playing with everyone. But she especially loved the little pool that was in the back yard.

Norah's First Boat Ride
Today we got to try out Norah's new life jacket. We borrowed a boat from some members of the church and went out for a ride. Norah really enjoyed it. As we were riding around she was saying bye to the other boats that we passed. I also heard "weeeeee" numerous times. I think her favorite part was when we stopped and dad rocked the boat a little so that she could touch the water. (And that was the part that made me nervous.) We had a lot of fun and are looking forward to boat rides up at the cabin later this summer.
