Silas has really enjoyed singing songs lately (mostly doing the actions). Here is one of his favorites.

Having Fun in the Snow

On Monday of this week, Seth had a snow day with school so we got to have him home, which the kids loved. So in the afternoon we went out in the snow to play.

GRANDPA!!!

On Tuesday we had a very special visitor, Grandpa Berg! He was in the midwest to visit family and we were glad we were on the list. He was able to spend the day with us and spent the night. Norah and Silas LOVED Grandpa. Especially Norah, who enlisted Grandpa to play pretend with her almost the entire time he was here. He was also very sweet and took us out to a dinner. We were sad to see him go, but we're excited for when we get to see him next.

Happy Birthday Grandma Jaeger

On January 13th we were able to help Seth's Grandma Jaeger celebrate her 85th birthday. We went out for a yummy fish fry with most of the Jaeger clan. There was well over 70 people. We are so happy we were able to join the party.

Big Boy at the Table

We have finally decided to put the high chair away for Silas. He loves sitting at the table with us.

The First Snow of the Year, Finally.

We have been having a pretty mild winter so far, which is really nice. So we didn't get any snow till Jan. 12th. The kids got a kick out of going outside and getting to play in it before supper.

Appleton Children's Museum

Last week we were able to visit Ben and Susie up in Appleton. They had the great idea of going to the Children's Museum. We had a great time. Both Norah and Silas had so much fun. Norah really liked the art room and the fire truck. Silas' favorites were they water room and a room full of balls you could put in different tubes. Thanks for a great day Ben, Susie, Henry and Gideon.
