Swimming Fun

The day after Thanksgiving my sister in law Rachael and I took the girls swimming at a little water park at a hotel close by. The girls had a ball. Norah was a little scared at first, but once she got warmed up to it you couldn't get her out of the water. If was so fun to see them splash and play in the water.








Rowan did all sorts of fun little tricks for us in the water.

Maren was the little dare devil and wanted to do everything on her own. Backwards was her favorite way to go down the slide.

Thanksgiving

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving this year. We went down to Mount Horeb where Seth's sister lives. Norah had a blast playing with her cousins Rowan and Maren. And of course the food was wonderful. It was so nice of Rachael and Dusty to host everyone and us for the nights we were there. We were all sad to leave but are looking foward to doing it again.

We also learned that Norah loves pumpkin pie. Her Anny Manny let her try some of hers and let's just say, Norah pretty much finished the entire piece on her own.

Going Huntin'

Seth is off at deer camp this weekend for the opening of gun season. He was very excited to go and spend time with his family. Norah enjoyed herself while Seth was packing because she found is big hunting hat. Needless to say it was huge on her little head, but she loved it.

Beautiful Fall Day

Today was an amazing fall day. It actually got into the 60's. So while Seth went out to go "feed the family" a.k.a. hunting Norah and I took Cash on a walk to a park in town where he could run around. They both had a lot of fun. I ended up bringing my camera so there was an impromptu photo shoot. This will probably be one of the last days like this so it was fun to play in the leaves.

Hunting

Seth has always wanted me to go hunting with him. So this past week we went together. Thankfully Seth picked a day that wasn't too cold. I actually stayed pretty warm. We did see one buck fawn and since Seth doesn't kill Bambi's we got see it walk right underneath the tree stand. It was a fun experience and fun to do together.

Shoe Lover

Norah is always finding new things to play with and put on.

New Dance Move

I don't picture this new dance move catching on any time soon.

It's a good thing she wears a diaper so she has a little extra padding back there.

Dress Up

Norah loves to wear hats and put different things on. Well today she decided Halloween shouldn't be a one day event. She wanted to put on her bee costume and play.
Then she decided she wanted to watch a "show" on tv. I think Cash was a little confused, but he got over it.

We Love our Little Baby Bumblebee!

We were down in southern Wisconsin during Halloween this year. Norah got to go trick or treating with Seth and Grandma Joyce at Countryside Nursing Home on the Thursday before. That is where Joyce works. I went out with some old friends that night so I didn't go. Unfortunately they didn't bring a camera, but Norah had a great time running up and down the big hallways. Seth also said that she was a very good girl and said thank you to everyone. We did get a couple of pictures on Halloween but they aren't very good, sorry. By battery died :( But I hope you like the ones we did get.
